
IDEAL MACHINE FOR AN EFFECTIVE ENERGY SAVING
This type of machine uses a small diesel engine for the pipe recovery and for the hydraulic functions. The advantage of this system is that power is not absorbed from the water by a turbine. As a result, we have a 25/30% reduction in the machine pressure losses against a 300 gr/h fuel consumption of the diesel engine. This solution makes the machine particularly suitable for large diameter and considerably longer pipes (up to 700 mt). Moreover this system is the only one which allows the spreading of slurry, slude or waste water at up to 150 mt/h recovery speed. |

ENGINE STOP
This device stops the diesel engine and therefore the pipe recovery in case of water. |

WATER INLET
Special care has been taken in planning the water inlet by using big diameter pipes and wide radius elbows in order to avoid pressure losses. |

HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION
Composed of: servo-drawbar front jack (except for mod. 90 EXP.M.). Jacks to lower the wheels in a carriage position and to lift them in a working position, letting the machine rest on a turning step which allows a 360° rotation (except for mod. 90 EXP.M.). The jacks on the rear stabilizers secure the machine on the ground in a working position and they are used to lift the jet-holder trolley during the carriage phase. The platform lowering during the working phase gives the machine a allowing greater stability longer pipes on models LL/PL/PLS. Oversized and independent stabilizing jacks and the step hydraulic rotation are available as options. |

REWIND SYSTEM
with
following functions:
- Accurate governor of the pipe recovery speed (10÷150
mt/h)
- Mechanic/hydraulic compensator of the recovery speed
- Control lever for pipe recovery/stop/contrary rotation
- Automatic stop for end of work and for wrong pipe winding
- Automatic protection against the PE pipe breaking through a valve which is calibrated for the maximum allowed strain. |
